Yesterday, lake Ounasj\u00e4rvi was for the first time completely ice free this spring. Thus, I thought, I would try to cycle up to Pyh\u00e4j\u00e4rvi. While from the valley there is still some snow visible, I wanted to scout if the trails are open enough for cycling. And indeed, most of the trail was snow free.
