Visit to St. John’s, Newfoundland
End of August / early September I visited St. John’s in Newfoundland for a week, to attend a course and a conference. Unfortunately this didn’t leave me with much time to explore the city or its surroundings, however, I nonetheless managed to take a few pictures along that trip. Carrying my dear and precious Nikon FM with me, the only images I took where captured on film. Here are some scanned images of the prints, from this beautiful coastal town on the North Atlantic Ocean.

Paddling Down Käkkälöjoki: From Kalmakaltio to Vuontisjärvi by Kayak
Last week together with two friends I went for a short trip, starting in Kalmakaltio, going down Käkkälöjoki river by Kayak. It turned out to be the hottest days during this summer, so we chose the right time to spent on the cool and refreshing river water in the Pöyrisjärvi Wilderness Area ..
