After I visited the united States, I had my flight back to Stockholm. From there I further traveled to Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Brussels, Gent, Ostend, Bruges, Luxembourg and Strasbourg.
After coming from Russia I took a flight from Stockholm to Burlington in Vermont. I got picked up by a good friend who lives in Montpelier, where I also stayed – and also visited some other friends. My friend Andi and me made a long planned hiking trip into the Khibiny mountains, on the Kola peninsula in summer. For me it was the first part of an almost three months lasting trip. After only 5 years my Canon Ixus camera broke, and since I was planning already to go for an extensive hiking trip to Russia, I felt like I need a new camera. I think it was time to shift to a SLR, since compact caermas are definetly too limited.
